Three easy steps:

1. Fill out our online registration form.  We will provide your remote backup client software, username and password.
2. Install the remote backup client software. We can provide onsite, telephonic or virtual pc assistance to install and configure the client software. You will be able to quickly and easily modify the client software to meet your needs, default file selections and backup schedules are already pre-defined for easy modification.
3. Pass it on: Most of our business is from word-of-mouth and we will reward our clients if a new client is referred by you.

How you get the service?

Clients will receive access to immediately download the client software. You will also receive via snail mail our complete client kit.

5-Star Solutions, Ltd remote data backup software works with any Windows based server, workstation or PC and can back up any mapped drive.

Local Clients:

Clients are considered local in Greene, Montgomery, Warren and Clinton counties of Ohio. Although we can provide our installation services beyond that area there will be additional charges for travel time.

Local clients who prefer to have the software installed by 5-Star Solutions, Ltd can get the installation for FREE with a one (1) year paid in advance contract. We can also provide you with your Initial FULL backup onsite at no additional charge.
