This form is for current clients or individuals that would like to refer a company to 5-Star Solutions, Ltd Remote Backup Service. Referrals are followed up by 5-Star Solutions, Ltd or an Authorized Dealer/Agent within two business days.

Our current Client Referral Program benefits for our current clients are:

Referred client monthly services are equal to or less than your monthly services.	Referred Client maintains Remote Backup Service for a minimum of six months (not including free trial)	You earn 2 Weeks FREE Remote Backup Service (at the end of your annual contract)
Referred client monthly services are more than your monthly services.	Referred Client maintains Remote Backup Service for a minimum of six months (not including free trial)	You earn 1 Month FREE Remote Backup Service (at the end of your annual contract)
